3. Do you have roommate matching? No, but you can always select single occupancy and change your plan to double occupancy at a later date if you find one (and if availability permits).

5. My roommate wants to go; how do they book? Your roommate should book the same room category as yours and choose (1) double occupancy package. You both should list each other as roommates in the field that requests it. 

6. Can I add another person to my booking? Yes. At the time of registration select (2) packages instead of 1. If you have already booked, follow these instructions

7. Is travel insurance included? No, we advise you to purchase your own. You can find a link on our website in the footer and in your correspondence once you book.

To ensure the desired group synergy, Changing Pace Travel reserves the right to accept, reject or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group, including, but not limited to, (a) if it is reasonably believed that an individual is dangerous to others or to themselves; (b) has engaged in or threatening to engage in behavior that may adversely affect the safety, security, well-being or enjoyment of other individuals; (c) who are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs (d) who has failed or refused to follow Changing Pace Travel's rules and procedures or the instruction of Changing Pace Travel's employees or representatives. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will be the responsibility of the passenger. All unused services are non-refundable. Changing Pace Travel shall be entitled to recover from the individual any cost or expenses incurred by Changing Pace Travel or its representative in the removal of the individual.

All payments to Changing Pace Travel, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. Changing Pace Travel has contractual agreements with hotels, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This allows us to keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your travel experience.

Travel Insurance is optional and is an additional purchase. Changing Pace Travel is not a registered insurance travel agent and cannot offer advice on which policy to choose.
