All passengers must complete a Booking Agreement before travel and, by so doing, formally accept Changing Pace Travel's Terms & Conditions. Passengers will be required to complete the Booking Agreement at the time of booking. Travel documents will not be released without a completed Booking Agreement. Changing Pace Travel reserves the right to cancel bookings and return deposits without a completed Booking Agreement. The Booking Agreement incorporates these Terms & Conditions, including the following Release from Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Binding Arbitration Clauses. Completing the Booking Agreement constitutes agreement to these Travel Terms & Conditions and Changing Pace Travel's Release from Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Binding Arbitration Clause.

To ensure the desired group synergy, Changing Pace Travel reserves the right to accept, reject or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group, including, but not limited to, (a) if it is reasonably believed that an individual is dangerous to others or to themselves; (b) has engaged in or threatening to engage in behavior that may adversely affect the safety, security, well-being or enjoyment of other individuals; (c) who are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs (d) who has failed or refused to follow Changing Pace Travel's rules and procedures or the instruction of Changing Pace Travel's employees or representatives. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will be the responsibility of the passenger. All unused services are non-refundable. Changing Pace Travel shall be entitled to recover from the individual any cost or expenses incurred by Changing Pace Travel or its representative in the removal of the individual.

Changing Pace Travel, LLC has a 24-hour cancellation-refund policy. From the time the initial deposit/purchase has been made until 24 hours later, no penalty will be charged for cancellation or revisions. After 24 hours of initial deposit/purchase, all payments made to Changing Pace Travel, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. CPT has contractual agreements with hotels and vendors that do not allow us to obtain any refunds. This allows us to keep our package prices reasonable and allow you to make monthly payments on your travel experience. Revisions: Changes to an existing reservation, whatever the cause, will incur a $75 per person charge plus any additional supplier fees after 24-hours of initial deposit/purchase. This includes name changes* and removal of any services such as optional tours and transfers. *Please note that name changes to airline reservations are subject to full cancellation and rebooking. Replacing a traveling passenger with another traveling passenger constitutes a cancellation, subject to cancellation penalties, and is not covered by this Reservation Changes policy. Changes or additions after departure are subject to local rates at the time of amendment and must be paid directly by the passenger to the service provider. There are no refunds for unused services.

Upon arrival at Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport, your group will be warmly greeted by a professional tour guide. The driver will transfer you directly to the hotel where you can check-in at 3pm. Enjoy a relaxing evening at leisure to recover from travel and explore the neighborhood at your own pace.

Embark on a private guided tour of Bangkok’s most iconic landmarks. Begin with the Grand Palace, the former royal residence, marveling at its golden spires and the Emerald Buddha. Next, visit the famed Wat Pho, home of the Reclining Buddha and a center for traditional Thai massage. After lunch, board a private longtail boat for a journey through the city’s legendary canals (“khlongs”), witnessing local life along the waterways. In the evening, set sail on a Chao Phraya River dinner cruise, savoring authentic Thai cuisine while watching the city lights twinkle on the water.

Travel by private van to the vibrant Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, where local vendors sell colorful fruits, snacks, and handicrafts directly from traditional boats. Then, visit the remarkable Maeklong Railway Market, famous for its stalls set up directly on the train tracks—watch as vendors quickly retract their goods when the train arrives! The tour includes guided commentary, tastings, and ample opportunity for photos and shopping.

Upon arrival in Phuket, a private van and guide will greet your group and provide seamless transfer to your hotel.
